What you will do

• Receive and verify customer shipping instructions and documents.
• Create jobs in the Meridian system and maintain accurate shipment, customer, and filing records.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor approvals, and coordinate with customs authorities or brokers.
• Submit Import/Export Shipping Declarations and monitor container movement through port gate-in.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Verify billing details, prepare billing instructions, support invoicing, and assist with job closure.

Requirements

• Accuracy in shipment data entry and operational documentation.
• Knowledge of customs declaration and import/export compliance procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Ability to monitor container movements and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Ability to maintain accurate billing and operational records.
