BizOps & Analytics (AI & Automation)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto for employees who prefer in-person or hybrid work.

Base salary: $180,000–$230,000 per year, plus possible equity.

What you will do

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business questions, clarify the decisions they should inform, and challenge flawed problem statements.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key business metrics.
• Develop recommendations for product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives and analytical outcomes end-to-end across the assigned business unit.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Practical experience with Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
