Workforce Management Lead (AI)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $213,750–$261,250 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analysis of labor performance, including productivity, utilization, cost per labor hour, and labor waste.
• Build short- and long-term workforce forecasts using historical data, seasonality, and business growth projections.
• Design and build forecasting models, dashboards, staffing tools, and automation for scheduling, time tracking, and leave management.
• Explore and pilot AI and machine-learning approaches for shift-pattern design, coverage modeling, forecasting, and workforce efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and Medical Operations on absenteeism, overtime, productivity gaps, and staffing decisions.
• Support rota scheduling, shift coverage, shift bids, and rotations across clinics and multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Experience building a workforce forecasting model, staffing tool, or scheduling dashboard from scratch.
• Experience applying AI or machine-learning methods to workforce planning, forecasting, or scheduling.
• Experience owning workforce planning and labor-metrics analysis across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Tableau, SQL, and workforce planning systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience in a shift-based, multi-site industry such as retail, logistics, aviation, hospitality, manufacturing, or healthcare.
