Salary: $80,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the bank.
• Partner with product and technical teams to turn validated opportunities into working solutions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management throughout AI rollouts.
• Execute strategic initiatives including international expansion, target-market selection, partnership models, negotiations, and deal structuring.
• Own strategic workstreams, surface risks, remove roadblocks, and support long-term corporate strategy.
• Automate, templatize, and systematize strategy-team workflows and synthesize market, regulatory, partner, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy and operations at a high-growth or scaling company.
• Strong operating and execution experience, emotional intelligence, stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work with analysts through executives.
• Fluent use of AI tools with a high standard for accuracy, quality, and trustworthiness.
• Builder mindset, strong autonomy, initiative, and comfort working through ambiguity with limited direction.

Nice to have

• Financial services, payments, or fintech experience.
• Change-management experience for technology rollouts.
• Exposure to partnership or deal structuring.
