TL;DR
Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance Manager (Aerospace & Defense): Developing and deploying standardized supply chain compliance policies while monitoring global, federal, and customer-specific regulations with an accent on FAR/DFARS, procurement controls, and regulatory interpretation. Focus on translating changing requirements into actionable policies, advising Contracts & Proposals teams, and building compliance training and communities of practice.
Location: Hybrid or onsite in Buffalo, New York; preferred location is East Aurora, New York, with consideration for other U.S. locations. Occasional domestic or international travel of approximately 10% is required.
Salary: $125,000–$155,000 annually.

What you will do
- Monitor global, federal, and customer-specific regulations affecting supply chain procurement.
- Analyze regulatory changes and translate requirements into actionable policies.
- Create, maintain, and deploy standardized supply chain compliance policies aligned with FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition regulations.
- Advise Contracts & Proposals teams on U.S. government procurement, pricing, cost analysis, commerciality, negotiations, purchasing systems, and foreign regulations.
- Partner with Supply Chain Excellence teams to embed compliance best practices.
- Develop and deliver training and chair the Supply Chain Compliance Community of Practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- At least seven years of supply chain or regulatory compliance experience.
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement regulations.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.

- Advanced degree such as an MBA or JD.
