Salary: $76,640–$114,960 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage subcontractor assessments, compliance reviews, risk reporting, and recommendations.
  • Monitor purchasing activities for compliance with federal acquisition regulations, company policies, customer requirements, and CPSR readiness standards.
  • Maintain procurement policies, procedures, supplier processes, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Identify control gaps and implement improvement solutions with program stakeholders.
  • Support small business subcontracting plans, monitor performance, and promote participation across socio-economic categories.
  • Develop and facilitate procurement compliance training and maintain training records and matrices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Department of Defense contracts management experience covering FAR, DFARS, flow-down clauses, procurement integrity, contract formation, subcontract administration, supplier relationship management, project management, and subcontractor risk management.
  • Experience with customer flow-down requirements and subcontractor compliance roles.
  • Knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, contract management, legal studies, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SAP, and relevant computer systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance may be required; a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or federally compliant passport and successful background screening are required.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in business, contract management, legal studies, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting major construction or industrial modernization programs.
  • Experience in a government-owned, contractor-operated environment, ammunition plant, or defense manufacturing.
