Operations Team Member (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Neenah, Wisconsin, USA. Second shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, or third shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday–Friday. Overtime may be required.

Pay rate: $22.47 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders, and keep workstations supplied with packaging materials.
• Communicate shift updates and coordinate with other departments to support smooth production.
• Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices and assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to use production applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, within a 300-pound total weight limit.
• Willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
