TL;DR
Quality Technical Lead I Assembly I C-Shift (Manufacturing/Quality Training): Developing and delivering training programs for inventory control, shipping, production, and quality operations with an accent on safety procedures, equipment operation, and standardized work. Focus on coaching frontline teams, validating SAP transactions and operational data, resolving discrepancies, and improving process compliance in an on-site warehouse environment.

Location: Redmond, Oregon; all tasks are performed on-site in warehouse, training, and operational areas.

Salary: $22.99–$34.49 per hour

What you will do

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training for inventory control and shipping operations.
  • Create operational, safety, multimedia, and standardized-work materials, including procedures, work instructions, course outlines, and evaluation tools.
  • Monitor trainee and frontline performance, provide coaching, and support competency, safety, and process compliance.
  • Oversee accurate, real-time SAP transactions for production, inventory, and quality activities on the shop floor.
  • Capture, validate, and audit operational data; troubleshoot transaction errors and resolve inventory, material, and process discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production, training, operations, and support teams while hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating direct reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in inventory control, shipping, manufacturing, logistics, or a related operational environment.
  • Strong instructional, presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, material-handling equipment, inventory control, production workflows, quality standards, and standardized procedures.
  • Ability to interpret operational data, identify discrepancies, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Must hold or obtain forklift operator licenses, including sit-down, stand-up, turret, and reach-truck licenses.
  • Must be able to stand and walk frequently, lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying temperatures and conditions, and use required PPE in a safety-sensitive environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading quality training and familiarity with inventory-control and shipping equipment.
  • Experience supporting training delivery, process standardization, or operational compliance.
  • Willingness to obtain instructor certifications for listed equipment.
