Production Excellence Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the ELSP Senatobia, Mississippi, United States factory

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute 100% quality gate inspections at critical manufacturing stages.
• Identify functional and aesthetic defects and non-conformities before products move to the next production phase or shipment.
• Document inspection results and ensure corrective actions, including immediate training or retraining, are implemented.
• Coordinate shift orders and work-plan execution across production lines to meet production targets.
• Perform production assembly, testing, packaging, and inspection work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the full production flow, including assembly, testing, and packaging.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing situations, and work effectively in a detail-oriented team.
• Flexibility to work overtime with little or no notice.
