Quality Team Leaders (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States. The role works 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of Quality Auditors, Chemical Technicians, and other assigned quality personnel.
• Provide hands-on quality support to manufacturing and make disposition or escalation decisions within assigned authority.
• Monitor production processes for compliance with specifications, drawings, procedures, inspection plans, control plans, and quality standards.
• Conduct process audits and verify adherence to standard work, inspection methods, testing requirements, and approved process controls.
• Lead root cause investigations using 5 Why, fishbone analysis, A3 problem solving, and corrective action reports.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and partner with Operations and Engineering to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing quality and leadership experience may be considered.
• Three to five years of manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Previous team lead, supervisory, or demonstrated informal leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• This is a safety-sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016.
