Project Manager III

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; or Dallas, TX

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 base salary per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage complex technology projects or portfolios from initial concept through implementation and post-project assessment.
• Develop project strategy, processes, resource allocation plans, budgets, guidelines, and delivery support.
• Coordinate resources, assign tasks, direct execution, and coach project team members.
• Track progress, analyze results, forecast trends, and manage scope changes, risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Manage integrated plans, dependencies, governance activities, and financial considerations for cross-functional initiatives.
• Communicate project expectations and status to stakeholders and governing bodies while driving decisions and accountability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience, typically with a university or college degree.
• Experience leading cross-functional program or project initiatives and delivering complex business outcomes.
• Experience managing integrated plans, dependencies, budgets, governance, risks, and issues.
• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, communicate with senior leaders, manage ambiguity, and operate independently.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and understanding technology delivery lifecycles.

Nice to have

• PMP or Agile certification such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience with financial forecasting, benefit realization, executive reporting, or large matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Jira, or Clarizen.
• Peer leadership and mentoring experience.
