Senior Financial Analyst - US Commercial (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; up to 10% domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Lead fiscal-year planning, long-term planning, latest-thinking forecasts, and close-cycle reporting for the Wound Closure & Healing platform.
• Analyze profitability, pricing, gross profit, product lifecycle performance, and investment priorities.
• Translate brand strategies and key business drivers into forecasts and revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Demand Planning, Global Strategic Insights, Commercial Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Support product launches, competitive entrants, brand investments, Integrated Business Planning transition, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of related finance experience required.
• Strong financial analysis, communication, interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate issues, determine root causes, and drive resolution.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must work in Raritan, New Jersey, with up to 10% domestic travel.
