Salary: $96,290–$144,450 per year

What you will do

• Provide buy-side and sell-side due diligence and transaction advisory services for health care clients.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research target companies and perform complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Support due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Work directly with Partners and communicate with clients to deliver high-quality service.
• Participate in selected marketing and recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience, ideally in a mid-sized or large professional services firm.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and collaborate with client personnel at all levels.
• Ability to interact comfortably with senior client personnel and support executive briefings.

Nice to have

• At least two years of transaction services or due diligence experience.
• Professional designations or candidacy such as CFE or CFA.
• Advanced degree.
