Global Commercial Senior Finance Manager (Digital Pathology)

Location: On-site in Deer Park, Illinois, United States

Annual salary: $160,000–$180,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with global digital pathology commercial leadership to drive orders, revenue, funnel health, pricing, profitability, and profitable growth.
• Develop executive dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks across regions, product lines, and channels.
• Lead pricing, margin, profitability, customer investment, and commercial program analyses.
• Align performance management methodologies, forecasting assumptions, metrics, and analytical approaches with regional finance teams.
• Standardize commercial reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and strengthen decision-support capabilities using hirify.global Business System tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 8+ years of progressive relevant experience, or a master's degree with at least 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, or financial leadership.
• Experience partnering with senior commercial and business leaders to influence strategy and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of orders, revenue growth, funnel management, pricing, profitability, productivity metrics, and market expansion.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP, business intelligence, or performance management systems such as SAP, Power BI, or OneStream.
• CPA certification.
