Base salary: $70,304–$103,200 per year

What you will do

• Fill purchase orders and organize purchasing requisitions.
• Collaborate with the supply chain manager to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Forecast sales by item and analyze historical trends, inventory data, and sales performance.
• Help develop accurate and efficient purchasing and inventory monitoring systems.
• Maintain supplier and vendor information, track purchases and order deliveries, and generate purchasing reports and statistics.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience handling multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills when working with internal teams, suppliers, and external customers.
• High personal and professional ethical standards, integrity, and accountability.
