Location: Remote, United States; field-based role with East Coast coverage in Massachusetts or West Coast coverage in Irvine, California. Remote work is considered on a case-by-case basis and requires company approval.

Salary: $65,000–$104,650 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize spine inventory and support growth initiatives.
  • Lead set balancing, trunk stock reduction, PAR alignment, and other inventory optimization activities.
  • Drive asset pullbacks, reallocations, and redistribution of inventory across assigned geographies.
  • Analyze inventory and financial data and support dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Support new product introductions, field conversions, and asset allocation.
  • Resolve field inventory issues, execute SAP transactions, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • Ability to work in the United States in a field-based role; remote work requires company approval.

Nice to have

  • Medical device or healthcare experience, particularly in Spine.
  • Inventory optimization or asset management experience.
