Data Center Construction Project Manager, ANS

Location: La Porte, Indiana, United States. Hybrid work combining remote work, onsite client or data center work, and time in an Accenture office or center; travel to data center sites may be required.

What you will do

• Track budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, cash flow, variances, and project risks.
• Standardize cost, schedule, and risk tracking processes.
• Prepare financial, risk, variance, and integrated project updates for project teams and leadership.
• Review contractor agreements, identify budget gaps, and support preconstruction risk management.
• Coordinate with scheduling and delivery teams to resolve project issues.
• Link cost and schedule data and deliver accurate project controls outputs under senior guidance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost tracking, change orders, and risk fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Earned Value or resource-based data.
• Experience with data center, manufacturing, or complex commissioning projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or negotiating project changes or claims.
• Experience in project controls or cost management teams.
• Exposure to multi-stakeholder or multi-project programs.
• Experience improving project controls processes and recommending efficiency improvements.
• Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems.
