Location: Hooksett, New Hampshire, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; availability to work up to five days in the office may be required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire is required as needed, along with emergency restoration assignments.
Annual salary: $114,300–$127,000, plus potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project risk management, earned value management, and project performance processes.
- Lead and coordinate risk register reviews, risk action reviews, EVM performance analysis, status reporting, and project control deliverables.
- Develop risk and EVM metrics, dashboards, reports, presentations, and recommendations for project and portfolio stakeholders.
- Perform quantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation, sensitivity analysis, probabilistic modeling, CPI/SPI analysis, and forensic root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, scheduling, finance, operations, and other functional groups to align project controls with corporate goals.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance on risk management and EVM processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related experience in project delivery, project controls, risk management, EVM, finance, or analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, information technology, accounting, finance, business, management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of project management, risk management, cost controls, scheduling techniques, and project management information systems.
- Experience with quantitative risk analysis, statistical modeling, data integration, system implementation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, gain consensus, develop action plans, present to large audiences, and drive implementation across functions.

Nice to have
- Experience in the utility and energy delivery industry.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or OPC scheduling.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- PMP, RMP, ISO 31000, or Six Sigma certification.
