Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Execute the annual production budget, monitor progress, and manage operations within available resources.
• Develop programs, projects, goals, and metrics to improve operational performance and optimize working capital.
• Reduce non-value-added costs, improve revenues and yields, deliver products on time, and reduce field failure rates.
• Implement operator training and continuous improvement methods while maintaining accountability for production results.
• Support cross-functional plant implementations and integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience supervising teams and managing skill matrices and attendance in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to guide teams, collaborate across organizational levels, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Existing US work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with semi-automatic or electrical product production lines.
• Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC experience for scrap reduction.
• Machine and tester troubleshooting experience and knowledge of manufacturing line optimization.
