Location: Charleston International Airport, United States; onsite warehouse and flight-line work
Bonus: $2,000 after six months and $3,000 after 12 months, for a $5,000 total sign-on bonus with an 18-month minimum commitment.

What you will do
- Lead warehouse staff and oversee receiving, binning, issuing, shipping, security, and inventory movements for aircraft materials.
- Review shift activities and maintain accurate bin balances through transactions and physical inventories.
- Manage shelf-life controls, tooling and equipment storage, calibration, repairs, quarantine, and disposition of unserviceable parts.
- Coordinate purchase and repair orders with Technical Buying and Repair Coordination, and resolve material or tooling disruptions with Maintenance.
- Coordinate parts distribution, including AOG shipments, and work with transportation providers on pickups and deliveries.
- Develop audits, forecasts, operational metrics, security procedures, and continuous-improvement initiatives for safety, quality, productivity, and capacity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience requisitioning, receiving, storing, moving, issuing, and shipping aircraft materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Previous experience leading an airline warehouse operation, with knowledge of inventory control, storekeeping, supervision, and leadership.
- Forklift experience and a general understanding of FAA regulations, including FAR Part 121 operations.
- Must pass a 10-year background check and obtain and maintain an airport security badge and SIDA badge under TSA requirements.
- Must have US work authorization, a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work varied hours in a 24/7 environment.

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Purchasing and supply management certification.
- Trax experience and previous aviation or airline supply-chain experience.
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance and supply-chain operations.
