Inventory Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; on-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Salary: $107,000–$126,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, transfers, reconciliations, adjustments, and physical inventory.
• Monitor physical and system inventory, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage serialized, lot-controlled, shelf-life, and traceable materials in accordance with established requirements.
• Coordinate material movement between receiving, stockrooms, warehouses, and production to support manufacturing schedules.
• Identify shortages, replenishment needs, aging materials, and other constraints affecting production.
• Supervise, train, and assign work to inventory personnel across transactions, cycle counts, and material handling.

Requirements

• Associate degree, formal occupational training, or certification with 4 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in progress with related experience.
• Leadership or management experience, including leadership gained in an individual contributor capacity.
• Knowledge of inventory control, materials management, warehousing, and manufacturing material flow.
• Experience with cycle counting, physical inventory, reconciliation, and transaction control.
• Familiarity with aerospace materials requiring serialization, lot control, shelf-life management, and traceability.
• Proficiency in AS9100 requirements, material identification, and audit documentation.
