Sr Material Handler (Aerospace)

Location: Grapevine, Texas, United States; 100% onsite. The position requires a US Person under the ITAR definition and current US work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead and support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor progress, transit locations, Andon, and Streamflex tools, resolving issues as required.
• Support customer service representatives, buyers, and Material Handlers with operational problem-solving.
• Coordinate with Import and Export teams to maintain Foreign Trade Zone compliance.
• Coordinate staffing across internal departments and cross-train employees to ensure coverage.
• Maintain safety compliance across warehouse and production-floor activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory control, or a related function.
• Ability to safely use material-handling equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers.
• Ability to lead and motivate people, organize work, multitask, and use Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Must be a US Person under ITAR requirements and already have current US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or managing teams.
• Training or certification in the transportation of dangerous goods.
