Senior Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English)

Location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA; regular full-time position, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Assess candidates, deliver qualified slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely process updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills required.
• Strong sourcing abilities.
