Recruiter

Location: Mesquite, Texas, United States; supports the Dallas and Cincinnati plants and requires periodic travel to Cincinnati and other company locations.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, supervisors, and entry-level management roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, plant leadership, and HR on workforce planning, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines through online sourcing, referrals, professional organizations, educational institutions, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
• Own onboarding from accepted offer through orientation, first-day readiness, required training, and 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding practices across the Dallas and Cincinnati plants.
• Track recruiting and onboarding metrics, maintain compliant records, and recommend process improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience; manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or high-volume operations experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting high-volume hourly positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer-management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, changing deadlines, high-volume workloads, and recruiting activity across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms, plus knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Experience recruiting salaried, professional, or management-level positions.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, new-hire orientation, or first-year employee experience activities.
• Multi-site recruiting or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
