Construction Quality Manager (Industrial Electrical Projects)

What you will do

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures aligned with CFE, NOM, IEC, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
• Verify materials, installation practices, testing activities, construction records, and project quality documentation.
• Perform technical inspections and prepare photographic and documentary quality reports.
• Identify and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), coordinating corrective and preventive actions with project stakeholders.
• Oversee electrical testing, including megger, transformer turns ratio, insulation resistance, dielectric, and related tests.
• Support audits, client inspections, regulatory reviews, project reporting, risk updates, and closeout activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in industrial electrical projects, including high-voltage substations and transmission lines.
• Experience applying quality standards relevant to the Mexican energy sector, including CFE and NOM requirements.
• Hands-on experience with megger testing, transformer turns ratio testing, insulation resistance, dielectric testing, and quality verification.
• Strong technical documentation, records management, reporting, inspection, and NCR management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are required.
