Location: Hunterdon County, United States; requires driving among designated communities during daytime and nighttime.

Annual salary: $70,000–$95,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a competitive bonus structure.

What you will do

• Manage and complete the 13 Milestones of Construction specified in JDE.
• Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate construction activities across designated communities and communicate with customers, management, and personnel.
• Apply knowledge of new home construction phases, municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes.
• Control cost overruns and manage construction budgets.
• Use DRH Construction applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of carrying supplies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors around construction hazards and loud noise.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
