Manager NPI (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Mossville, Illinois, or Lafayette, Indiana. Domestic and international travel is required approximately 20–25% of the time.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Lead project governance, planning, portfolio management, and execution across ECTS programs.
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, PMO, supplier, and other partner activities.
• Track KPIs, create OBIA reports, and provide monthly leadership updates.
• Monitor schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop process guidance documentation, align project gateways, and support delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading cross-functional programs and projects from planning through execution.
• Experience with project governance, tactical and strategic planning, risk management, schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including leadership updates, KPI reporting, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation.
• Working knowledge of quality management and Design for Manufacturability principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Mossville, Illinois, or Lafayette, Indiana, and travel domestically and internationally 20–25% of the time.
