Associate Product Specialist (Medtech)

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico, United States of America. Flexible work model combining office-based, field-based, and remote work. Frequent travel throughout Puerto Rico and approximately 40% travel across the assigned region, including the Dominican Republic, Caribbean Islands, and Venezuela.

What you will do

• Partner with commercial teams to execute product strategies and support market expansion across Coronary & Structural Heart and Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolios.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product performance analysis to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Support marketing plans, tactical initiatives, product launches, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and positioning.
• Deliver clinical and technical product support through presentations, training sessions, demonstrations, and customer interactions.
• Assist with product-related questions and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical devices, product marketing, product management, clinical support, commercial support, or a related function.
• Knowledge of electrophysiology, cardiac implantable devices, cardiac rhythm management, or cardiovascular therapies.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• A bachelor's degree earned outside the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Experience with Coronary & Structural Heart, Cardiac Rhythm Management, electrophysiology, or implantable cardiac device portfolios.
• Experience with market analysis, competitive assessments, commercial planning, technical product training, demonstrations, or customer education.
