Group Product Manager - Clinical Analytics

Location: Hybrid role based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area; candidates elsewhere within hirify.global's US footprint may be considered if willing to travel regularly to Utah and other Intermountain markets, with travel up to 20%. Remote workers are not being hired in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington.

Salary: $59.50–$91.84 per hour, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic product plans and roadmaps for clinical analytics products.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex product development and product lifecycle activities.
• Define, prioritize, and manage product features and requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product performance analysis.
• Align product strategy with senior leadership, business objectives, and customer needs.
• Mentor junior product managers and represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and applying product, project, and program management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of product management principles and methodologies.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics products in healthcare payer, value-based care, healthcare technology, or population health environments.
• Knowledge of HEDIS/STARs quality programs, risk adjustment, or value-based care.
• Experience partnering with provider, clinical, and health plan stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in a senior or leadership role, advanced data analytics, market research, or mentoring junior team members.
