Senior Technical Program Manager - Ecosystem

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs spanning multiple products, platforms, engineering teams, organizations, and external partners.
• Build execution plans, milestones, resource assumptions, release plans, and delivery commitments.
• Manage cross-organizational dependencies, risks, issues, trade-offs, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate release readiness across development, validation, deployment, operations, support, and post-release activities.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Operations, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Improve execution practices through standardized processes, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience leading or supporting complex technical programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations and engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile software development environments and converting business requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Experience balancing customer commitments, delivery schedules, technical constraints, resource capacity, and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, technical breadth, and influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, platform, SaaS, enterprise software, or device management environments.
• Experience with customer-facing initiatives and Customer Success, Support, Sales, or Operations organizations.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe POPM, SAFe LPM, or CSPO certification.
