Production Sr Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead production employees through training, direction, performance evaluations, education, and mentoring.
• Manage daily production activities to meet commitments while implementing operational improvements.
• Drive improvements in capacity, throughput, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and support safety programs.
• Manage staffing levels and labor allocation for production requirements and project schedules.
• Review weekly payroll hours and support new process and product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
