Production Supervisor - Electromechanical (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Mebane, North Carolina, United States. Candidates must already possess authorization to work for hirify.global in the US.

What you will do

• Lead a production team within an electromechanical manufacturing unit or line.
• Allocate resources, plan capacity, and optimize staffing to meet production targets.
• Manage production schedules, inventory service levels, volume, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Identify equipment and facility improvements and oversee operational improvement initiatives.
• Resolve critical product and equipment issues with relevant internal teams.
• Organize, motivate, and develop direct and indirect production employees with HR support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, with 5+ years of experience; alternatively, an associate degree with 7+ years or high school education with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environments and demonstrated leadership capability.
• Knowledge of supply chain insourcing and outsourcing decisions and the electrification market.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to implement and support changes.
• Ability to work onsite in Mebane, North Carolina, and existing US work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Experience with breakers, switchgear, or electrification manufacturing.
