Co-Op, Bioanalytics

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, with occasional travel to the Cambridge, Massachusetts site; 70% in-office work model. The co-op runs from January 18, 2027 through June 25, 2027, and applicants must be available for the full term. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export control requirements; visa sponsorship is not available for non-U.S. persons.

Salary: $20.00–$60.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

• Review bioanalytical and molecular assay data generated through LC-MS, ligand-binding assays, and molecular platforms such as RT-qPCR.
• Review raw data and source documentation in ELN, LIMS, equipment records, and analytical batch records.
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GLP, GcLP, and SOP requirements.
• Reconcile QC and standard runs, review tables and summaries, and track quality metrics and data trends using Excel and JMP.
• Review protocols, methods, and reports and support document management in systems such as Veeva.
• Collaborate with laboratory scientists and cross-functional teams to resolve data queries and improve data quality processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant scientific, engineering, mathematical, or pharmaceutical field.
• Strong scientific and engineering fundamentals for evaluating experimental data.
• Laboratory skills applicable to bioprocess development and analytical methods.
• Availability for the complete January 18, 2027–June 25, 2027 co-op term.
• Eligibility as a U.S. person for access to export-controlled technology or data.
• Preferred qualifications include a 3.5/4.0 GPA or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
