Principal Product Manager (Space Communications)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; Workplace: On-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, certain protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do

• Manage space communications products across definition, customer deployment, integration, and operation.
• Translate product capabilities, configurations, and performance into accurate customer-facing descriptions.
• Create and maintain datasheets, user guides, interface control documents, integration documentation, and technical specifications.
• Act as the source of truth for product positioning and ensure consistency across engineering, business development, sales, marketing, proposals, and customer discussions.
• Track product changes, identify documentation gaps from customer feedback, and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, market analysis, competitive analysis, and product strategy with engineering and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in technical documentation, systems engineering, product management, or a similar role.
• Experience in aerospace, communications, or related industries.
• Deep technical understanding of RF communications systems, satellite communications, or space systems architecture.
• Strong technical writing, organizational, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must meet U.S. Government space technology export-control eligibility requirements.
