Staff Product Manager (Digital Platforms)

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Salary: $140,000–$217,000 USD annually for the US position; Canadian applications list $155,000–$210,000 CAD annually depending on the location of employment.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of business-critical digital platforms supporting dealer, distributor, and internal business operations.
• Develop product strategies and roadmaps for defined product lines.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and build and prioritize epics.
• Drive execution with development teams and collaborate across marketing, sales, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Conduct market research, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate product progress and updates to stakeholders while improving planning, delivery processes, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience owning roadmaps for defined product lines and driving tactical execution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to foster team collaboration and drive results.

• Experience managing technical products.
