Senior Product Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: White Bear Township, Minnesota, United States. Full-time position with approximately 20% travel to customers, sites, suppliers, and industry events.

Annual base salary: $95,500–$177,300, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for life sciences product lines, including medical air, saline, and blood filtration solutions.
• Lead customer, market, competitive, and voice-of-customer research to identify unmet needs, product gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer and business requirements into product requirements, value propositions, launch plans, success metrics, and pricing inputs.
• Prioritize initiatives and lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, validation, launch, post-launch review, and end-of-life planning.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, revenue, margin, quality, and adoption metrics to drive continuous product improvement.
• Support customer inquiries, sales enablement, training, strategic account discussions, portfolio planning, and mentoring of junior product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, commercial strategy, engineering, or related roles, including ownership of product strategy and lifecycle management.
• Experience with regulated, technical, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, filtration, or industrial products.
• Ability to build roadmaps and business cases, prioritize initiatives, assess commercial and technical risk, and make data-informed tradeoff decisions.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 510(k), or other medical device regulatory and quality management processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with product portfolio management, stage-gate processes, or lifecycle management frameworks.
• Experience developing go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, pricing recommendations, or commercial launch strategies.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, product analytics, voice-of-customer, or product lifecycle management tools.
• Advanced degree or MBA.
