What you will do

• Define and maintain the architecture, governance, and delivery model for Quantum PDKs.
• Create QPDKs from existing GF PDKs, balancing reuse, customization, and maintainability.
• Own version control infrastructure, release baselines, branching strategies, access control, and configuration management.
• Define and improve development, quality assurance, release, and change-management processes.
• Evaluate source PDK updates and integrate enhancements based on customer and business value.
• Drive Assembly Design Kit requirements, manage development environments and resources, and provide technical leadership across the QPDK organization.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor PDK development or design enablement.
• Deep expertise in at least one major PDK discipline, such as PCells, DRC, LVS, or PEX.
• Experience with source-control systems, release management, and EDA tool flows.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor PDK development and design enablement.
• Experience with cryogenic, quantum, advanced packaging, or heterogeneous integration technologies.
• Project management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
