Project Manager (B2B Software)

Location: Hybrid work from the Norwalk, Connecticut office

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for up to 5% of annual salary as an incentive performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of web-based B2B software projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project requirements, scope, objectives, plans, timelines, budgets, and estimates with clients and sales.
• Allocate resources, coordinate project teams, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate status and updates to stakeholders.
• Lead kick-off meetings, status meetings, project reviews, and client communications.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product management, production, and other business units to deliver software products and updates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing complex enterprise software product solutions.
• Experience with web-based software implementation and deployment using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Experience with Agile story grooming, story writing, estimation, and story points.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, eCommerce and procurement sites, and EDI purchase order and invoice processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, multitasking, and team management skills.
• Ability to work hybrid from the Norwalk, Connecticut office.
