What you will do

• Manage the product photography pipeline from sample check-in through final digital asset delivery.
• Schedule studio shoots and coordinate samples, resources, production, and creative teams.
• Prioritize photography queues, manage reshoots, and resolve asset discrepancies.
• Coordinate studio, merchandising, digital marketing, and post-production stakeholders.
• Maintain production reports, tracking dashboards, style guides, and process documentation.
• Support digital publishing, seasonal planning, and continuous workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in photo production, studio project coordination, or eCommerce digital operations.
• Strong knowledge of studio or on-figure photography workflows and commercial asset pipelines.
• Experience with project management and digital asset tracking tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Clear professional communication across creative, business, and operational teams.
• Ability to work in San Francisco, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, consumer goods, fashion, or large multi-brand eCommerce environments.
• Experience coordinating seasonal volume spikes, high-velocity product launches, or automated studio capture systems.
