Systems Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the US; hybrid schedule available for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area. Monday–Friday, 6:00pm–2:00am Central Time.

What you will do

• Provide technical support through phone, email, and online requests.
• Assist customers with the installation and deployment of Keeper software.
• Track support cases, follow up on resolutions, and document customer issues.
• Represent customer needs by monitoring product quality and serviceability issues.
• Escalate critical situations and communicate technical issues and solutions to engineering, QA, sales, support, and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management and system administration.
• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting experience with Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux.
• Experience with SSO environments and Active Directory configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of firewalls, DNS servers, authentication protocols, LDAP, and hybrid environments.
• Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell, plus working knowledge of Python.
• Ability to work the required night shift in Central Time and be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting identity access management and privileged access management solutions.
• Strong adaptability, communication, and time management skills.
