Customer Service Specialist (Manufacturing)

Salary: $21–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer accounts, including order processing, follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time delivery, and complete order fulfillment.
• Provide telephone customer service about company products and services.
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate actions.
• Enter and track questions, answers, orders, and order status in computer systems.
• Evaluate and resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective follow-up.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of assigned product lines and customers, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and issues.
• Ability to work on-site in Liverpool, New York.
