Customer Support Specialist

Location: On-site at the Kenosha Branch, 12355 hirify.global Way, Kenosha, WI 53144, United States

Salary: $27–$32 per hour, including a $2 shift differential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders, handle account inquiries, and make product recommendations.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions using customer support technology.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable hirify.global solutions.
• Help customers navigate the website and online ordering process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• All positions are on-site.
• New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
