Hybrid Client Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role with required on-site attendance in San Diego, CA; travel to various assigned accounts is required.

Salary: $75,000–$77,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the efficient operation of assigned client accounts and support facility revenue, productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
• Answer client and Release of Information Specialist questions, prepare weekly dashboards and month-end operational reports, and analyze operational data.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling, payroll approval, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations for site personnel.
• Coordinate onsite and remote workflows, distribute work, provide physical coverage at assigned facilities, and maintain supplies and site procedures.
• Review, process, scan, certify, document, and bill medical-record releases in accordance with facility procedures and applicable statutes.
• Maintain confidentiality, attend required training, submit travel expenses, and build professional relationships with client management teams.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience and effective communication with clients, staff members, and management.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and ability to travel to various assigned accounts.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards is required.
• RHIT certification or successful completion of an ROI Certification course with a score of at least 85% within 90 days is required.
• Ability to report consistently with minimal unplanned schedule deviations; healthcare or medical-records experience is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree and medical terminology coursework are preferred.
