Associate Manufacturing Supervisor - Swing Shift

Location: Lewiston, Idaho, United States. Onsite swing shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.

Salary: $34.00–$50.00 per hour, plus a $5.00 per hour swing-shift differential.

What you will do

• Supervise individual contributors and provide clear direction to meet production objectives.
• Coordinate upstream and downstream work areas to support accurate communication and product flow.
• Coach, mentor, empower, and provide performance feedback and reviews to employees.
• Assess training needs and provide or oversee employee training.
• Address personnel issues, resolve differences, and support a productive work environment.
• Maintain work instructions and reports, investigate quality issues, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and upstream and downstream product flow.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate work, and remove obstacles.
• Professional, respectful, and open communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and department business systems such as Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, and SQS.
