Team Leader Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Twin Falls, Idaho, USA (Plant); onsite production role

Salary: $71,410–$107,110 per year

What you will do

• Lead production teams and supervise 20–30 employees.
• Identify and resolve production process problems and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel to maintain production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Train, assign, evaluate, and support production employees while addressing issues and complaints.
• Build an engaged, team-oriented workforce and support plant safety and wellness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or three years of related experience.
• Experience with manufacturing software and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and groups.
• Ability to work weekends and shift schedules, including swing and graveyard shifts.
• Ability to work in a plant environment with moving mechanical parts, extreme temperatures, vibration, wet conditions, chemicals, and electrical hazards.
