Human Resources Business Partner (AI in HR)

Location: In-office role in Westminster, CO; Atlanta, GA; or Lake Oswego, OR. Remote employment will not be considered. Travel requirement: 0–10%.

Salary: $91,100–$125,200 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs, guide change management, and improve culture and effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives across employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and succession management.
• Advise leaders on talent development and complex organizational changes.
• Evaluate and support the ethical use of AI tools in talent acquisition, predictive turnover modeling, and employee experience.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment legislation while supporting business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in Organizational Development.
• Experience consulting with, presenting to, and influencing executive business leaders.
• Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business plans into effective talent strategies.
• Ability to work in-office in Westminster, Atlanta, or Lake Oswego; remote employment is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting scaling software organizations.
• Knowledge of or experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry.
