Air Pricing Supervisor (Europe)

What you will do

• Guide, mentor, and support Pricing Analysts while managing team workflow, meetings, reviews, and training completion.
• Support European pricing strategy and manage RFQ preparation, review, execution, and final quality checks.
• Analyze RFQ data and bid performance using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, RVPs, DMs, and other stakeholders to develop pricing strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings and negotiations and communicate RFQ outcomes.
• Maintain pricing tools, tariffs, bid logs, documentation, and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• College or university degree or equivalent business qualifications.
• Strong industry knowledge, particularly pricing structures, products, services, and systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data modelling, and complex calculations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English required; an additional language is a bonus.
