Senior Product Manager, Content Reading and Insights (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, outcomes and roadmap for reading, understanding and deriving value from books, journals and research insights.
• Define and deliver an AI-powered reading and understanding strategy through product discovery, experimentation and execution.
• Shape researcher workflows for literature review, evidence discovery, synthesis and insight generation.
• Drive engagement, retention and commercial outcomes through clear success metrics.
• Identify foundational platform capabilities and work with technology functions and product teams to maximise their value.
• Lead prioritisation and delivery with engineering, design, research, analytics, commercial and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven product leadership experience translating business objectives and user insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience managing customer-focused digital products and delivering commercial, behavioural, qualitative and quantitative outcomes.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments and influencing engineering teams.
• Experience managing products across the full lifecycle, from inception through optimisation to retirement.
• Strong user-centred, data-driven, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.

• Experience using content to drive deep user engagement and support business objectives.
