Product Manager

Location: London, UK; office attendance required every Monday and Wednesday

What you will do

• Own systems supporting subscription and consumption products, including billing, metering, user plans, feature access, product analytics, and user messaging.
• Develop billing capabilities for consumption products, including API usage, payment flows, and metering.
• Connect internal user management tools with Salesforce and standardize user data flows and information mapping.
• Manage customer feature flags and access controls.
• Build and prioritize the roadmap using client feedback, stakeholder input, and usage analytics.
• Scope initiatives and lead a squad of frontend engineers, backend engineers, and a designer.

Requirements

• Experience shipping products at a B2B company.
• Experience building complex roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies and balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous and fast-changing situations.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to executives, engineers, and customers.
• Mid-senior seniority and readiness to work in a high-tempo environment.
