Associate Director, Clients, UK (Media)

What you will do

• Lead media planning projects from start to finish in partnership with the Senior Associate Director.
• Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts and ensure accurate, consistent workflow.
• Oversee campaign management processes and ensure best-practice execution.
• Act as the primary client contact and build trusted strategic relationships.
• Coordinate specialist teams to deliver effective media and communications work.
• Apply a deep understanding of client businesses to support growth through communications.

Requirements

• Strong management and client relationship skills.
• Experience supporting the management and development of planners and executives.
• Ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage stakeholders at different levels.
• Solution-focused, proactive, and positive approach to problem solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with accurate feedback and instructions.
